Position Overview As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll connect with prospective customers, identify their security needs, present customized ADT home security and smart-home solutions, and close sales. You'll receive comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing development designed to help you succeed. What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified leads Present and sell ADT home security and smart-home solutions Work with residential and small-business customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions Follow up consistently with prospective customers Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Deliver an excellent customer experience through consultative selling Handle objections confidently and work toward closing the sale Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve performance What We’re Looking For 1+ year of sales experience preferred Inside sales or call center experience is a plus Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment Strong follow-up and organizational skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Home security or smart-home experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train you What We Offer Competitive Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Weekly Pay $800 Employee Referral Bonus Daily, Weekly & Monthly Incentives and Bonuses Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Available after 60 days 401(k) + Company Match Available after 60 days Paid Training & Ongoing Development Career Advancement Opportunities Opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles Why Revamped?
