LPN Qualifications: - Unrestricted Washington LPN License OR Compact License
- LPN Experience (6 months +)
- CPR (BLS) Card from the American Heart Association
- Negative TB Test from within the past year
- Physical Exam from within the past year
- Up to date Immunization records
- Ability to pass background check
